1 Lubrication maintenance

Grease the motor in strict accordance with the motor instructions.

For the oil lubricated blower, the oil level must be above the center of the oil level sight glass during normal operation. Generally, the lubricating oil shall be replaced after normal operation for 3000h (4 months). If the environment is bad, the oil change time shall be shortened accordingly.

2 Operation instructions

2. 1. When the pressure drop of inlet filter exceeds 4kPa, it is recommended to clean or replace the filter.

2. 2. During maintenance, the rotor components of the blower, such as the impeller, shall not be replaced and corrected in sequence. If necessary, please notify the manufacturer to return to the factory for maintenance, otherwise major accidents will be caused.

2. 3. Operators shall be professionally trained, read the manual, and preferably master the principle and operation of distribution valve at the same time.

3 Maintenance instructions

3. 1. It is recommended that the blower be operated by a specially assigned person on duty. It must be inspected every 2 hours, and the items such as oil level, air pressure, bearing temperature, vibration and power consumption shall be recorded. In case of any abnormality (beyond the scope specified in the system monitoring terms), stop the machine immediately for repair.

3. 2. Do a good job in anti-corrosion, rust prevention and dust prevention, and timely replace all kinds of instruments and accessories in case of failure.

3. 3 maintenance of main parts

a) Rotor: the vibration amplitude is obviously increased. Firstly, eliminate the fault of coupling alignment and bearing. If there is still no improvement, it is necessary to re balance the rotor assembly;

b) Each mechanical seal: the clearance exceeds the standard, which will affect the compressor efficiency. When the energy consumption increases significantly or the pressure is insufficient, it is recommended to overhaul, clean up the dirt in the machine and replace the excessively worn parts in time;

c) Bearing: during the operation of the blower, if abnormal sound is found at the bearing part or the bearing temperature is higher than 105 ℃ of the alarm, the cause shall be found out according to the following fault terms and handled accordingly.
